PALMAS BEAUTY & HEALTH

General Description

Palmas Beauty & Health was conceived as a wellness sanctuary, where architecture, landscaping and natural materials integrate to offer a deeply multisensory experience. The project proposes an environment of calm and reconnection, where every spatial decision invites rest, self-care and conscious contact with oneself and with nature.

Concept and Spatial Language

The design starts from a formal language based on soft and organic lines, present both in the landscape layout and in the outdoor spaces distribution. These geometries are reflected in water mirrors, paths and contemplation areas, generating a continuous sensation of fluidity, harmony and serenity. The ensemble is conceived as a sequence of sensory experiences, rather than isolated spaces.

Materials and Finishes

The material palette was carefully selected to dialogue with the natural environment and reinforce the spa's artisanal and cozy atmosphere:

  • Natural flag-type stone in perimeter walls
  • Exposed wood in ceilings and pergola
  • Terracotta-type ceramics in outdoor floors
  • Polished concrete in walkways and transition zones
  • Artisanal clay pots
  • Solid wood furniture with neutral textiles

Landscaping and Vegetation

The landscaping proposal integrates low-maintenance species that provide shade, freshness and natural space delimitation. Vegetation is used as a structuring element of the project, organizing rest areas, paths and contemplation zones. Palms, bamboos, ferns and floral shrubs were incorporated, complemented with large-format pots that intensify the emotional connection with nature and provide color and vitality to the ensemble.

Central Fountain and Sensory Experience

The central fountain, designed with geometry inspired by organic forms, functions as the project's focal point. Its presence introduces movement, sound and freshness, becoming a key element for relaxation and the space's meditative atmosphere.

Vegetation Used

  • Date palms (Phoenix dactylifera)
  • Bamboo (Bambusa vulgaris)
  • Tropical ferns
  • Floral shrubs: Bougainvillea, lavender, Callistemon
  • Ornamental plants: agaves, Alocasia, Liriope

Intentional Design

Palmas Beauty & Health is projected as a space that transcends aesthetics to become an integral wellness experience. A place where architecture and landscape transform into physical and emotional care tools, inviting pause, contemplation and deep reconnection.
