This vertical housing project was conceived under a vision of warm, functional and sophisticated design, aimed at responding to contemporary urban lifestyles without giving up comfort, elegance or spatial harmony. From an integral interior and landscape perspective, the proposal seeks to create cozy environments through the integration of noble materials, clean forms and a balanced atmosphere that invites inhabiting and staying.
The aesthetic language is contemporary, with Scandinavian hints and a clear minimalist design influence. Clean lines, a neutral color palette and a spatial composition that favors fluidity and visual clarity were employed. Each area was designed to maximize natural light entry and optimize space use, always maintaining a sober, warm and elegant aesthetic.
The project incorporates fixed furniture and finishes in light veneered woods, marbles in beige and gray tones, as well as wood-type ceramics applied on floors and walls. Soft textile coverings in neutral colors provide comfort and visual balance. Contrast is introduced through decorative elements in matte black, metal details in soft gold finish and sculptural luminaires that bring dynamism and character to the ensemble. In kitchens, walls and bars were covered with veined marble or textured granite, materials that provide sophistication, resistance and durability. Cabinet doors in matte finish, along with hidden hardware, reinforce a clean, functional and contemporary design.
The lighting design combines warm-toned zenith lighting, directed spots and circular pendant luminaires that define the dining room as the focal point of the space. These pieces, in addition to fulfilling a practical function, provide a sculptural value that enhances the modern character of the project.
Connection with the exterior is prioritized through large sliding windows, which allow a fluid relationship between interior and exterior. Balconies and terraces are conceived as natural extensions of the living space, integrating decorative vegetation for creating small urban gardens. The incorporation of species such as lilies, sansevierias and indoor palms reinforces the sensation of freshness, wellness and contact with nature.
The parking design responds to functionality and efficient circulation criteria, incorporating areas for cars, bicycles and scooters. The selection of materials such as exposed concrete and white volcanic stone guarantees durability, low maintenance and a sober and contemporary image, aligned with the project's general concept.
