This corporate coworking project was conceived as a contemporary work environment that balances functionality, aesthetics and wellness. From an open layout to the selection of textures and materials, every design decision responds to the intention of inspiring productivity, collaboration and tranquility, promoting a more humane and conscious work experience.
The project is based on creating a flexible space adaptable to current shared work dynamics. The design not only responds to users' operational needs, but also fosters emotional comfort, concentration and sense of community, integrating biophilic design and ergonomic principles.
The proposal develops through a sequence of open spaces and rest areas that enrich the user experience:
The material selection starts from a warm and balanced color palette. Oak-type natural wood floors combine with neutral-toned walls and geometric MDF panels, while white-finished ergonomic furniture provides freshness, visual clarity and a professional character free of distractions.
Connection with nature is one of the project's pillars. Low-maintenance living vegetation was integrated at strategic points, using species such as ficus and sansevierias, which provide vitality and visual comfort without compromising the functionality of the space.
Natural light flows generously through perimeter windows, reinforcing the biophilic approach of the design and improving interior environmental quality. This is complemented by a carefully distributed LED lighting system that guarantees visual comfort, energy efficiency and adaptability to different work activities.
The result is a coworking that not only responds to users' dynamic needs, but promotes a healthier, more collaborative and conscious work experience. A space where design becomes a tool for wellness and productivity.
